AFA appoints membership services manager
The advice industry body has announced the appointment of a new membership services manager from the Australian Institute of Project Management.
In a recent news announcement, the AFA said it had appointed Lindy Chapman to the position of member services manager.
“Lindy brings with her a wealth of senior management experience in professional advancement and membership services, CRM and membership database development and project management,” the association said.
Prior to joining the AFA, Ms Chapman had previously held a number of roles including head of professional advancement and membership and national manager certification with the Australian Institute of Project Management, where she worked for five years.
Before this, Ms Chapman worked at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holding the positions of membership services manager from 2012 to 2014 and senior membership services data analyst from 2002 to 2012.
“Lindy is passionate about building relationships, continuously improving to simplify complexity and having conversations that focus on customer needs and opportunities,” the AFA said.
“We are very excited to have Lindy on the AFA team.”
