Rubik poaches IRESS product exec

Rubik has hired an IRESS product executive, in what the company's chief executive Iain Dunstan describes as a "coup".

Emily Chen has been appointed by Rubik to the newly created role of head of product, wealth.

Ms Chen joins the firm from IRESS, where she was the product manager of the company's financial planning software platform XPlan.

Mr Dunstan said: "Being able to lure excellent talent like Emily to Rubik is a great coup for us, and a reflection of where we are at as an organisation."

He added: "Emily's extensive knowledge of wealth technology solutions will be invaluable in helping us to deliver even more to our clients."
