SuiteBox partners with Centrepoint Alliance
Software firm SuiteBox has partnered with dealer group Centrepoint Alliance to offer advisers new video conferencing and digital signing technology.According to a statement, the partnership will enable Centrepoint advisers to interact with their clients via video, which helps to save money on travel and retain face-to-face communication.
"The use of SuiteBox supports advisers transforming their practices into truly client-centric businesses," said Centrepoint Alliance head of delivery and architecture Eoin McDonnell.
"It allows the adviser to document the advice process with recordable video meetings and recordable document signing online, providing an alternative to file notes."
Mr McDonnell added that it is the responsibility of the dealer group to help advisers service their clients more effectively and efficiently.
"Importantly, it will free up the adviser to focus their advice and service proposition on delivering a quality advice experience to their clients," he said.
SuiteBox chief executive Ian Dunbar said digital meetings are forecast to make up more than 50 per cent of engagement with clients.
"SuiteBox allows advisers to be part of this evolution," he said.
