SuperCentral releases estate planning tool

SMSF services provider SuperCentral  has launched a new estate planning tool to assist advisers in simplifying the process of estate planning for their clients.

The new Ask.Will service offers clients a "simplified process" that offers users "clear directions on the key areas that a client needs to consider" in an online process.

Commenting on the launch, SuperCentral managing director Peter Townsend said Ask.Will is designed to complement the tools already in use by advisers.

"Ask.Will is designed to assist advisers in providing tailored estate planning considerations for their clients in an efficient, user-friendly manner," he said.

"We are living through a tectonic shift in the dynamics of holistic financial advice, which is giving advisers and accountants a strong opportunity to build even deeper client relationships and to deliver thoughtful and considered "whole of wealth" value to their clients.  And despite historic perceptions that estate plans are the domain of high-net-worth clients, advisers are increasingly realising that estate planning is important for their whole client base."

The Ask.Will service operates as an online process which includes "10 key questions" and can be completed in "less than five minutes", the statement said.
